Meet the guide's creator
Relocation specialist for Bowling Green, Kentucky and everything around it.
If you move to this part of Kentucky, the person most likely to help you do it right is also the person who made the video you watched at midnight. That is me. I build the guides, I film the tours, and I match newcomers to the corners of this market that actually fit them.
I am a licensed Kentucky and Tennessee Realtor, the team leader of the Living in Kentucky Team, and I am brokered by eXp Realty. I came to real estate from marketing, corporate and international work that taught me how to listen to a problem before touching a solution. The Bowling Green area is one of the fastest growing markets in the state, and almost all of that growth is people like you: smart, careful, a little nervous, moving from somewhere else. I have built my whole practice around making that move feel understood, and I film and host the Living in Kentucky YouTube channel that answers the same questions on camera.

Why I built this
So I wrote the answers down, and then I filmed them.
Every out-of-state buyer asked the same things: what does it really cost, which neighborhoods fit a budget and commute, is Alvaton worth the drive, how bad is the commute to Nashville, what do the schools actually do. Great questions, and every one deserved a better answer than a smooth sales pitch.
So the Living in Kentucky Team started filming the answers: real streets, real homes, real numbers. Then this guide went up to hold everything in one place. The channel got featured on HGTV and the Travel Channel, and the questions kept coming, which told me the format was working.
The designations matter less than the habit behind them. GRI, RENE and PSA training sharpened the negotiating and pricing side. The marketing career taught me to communicate without fluff. But what actually moves buyers is the local knowledge: the traffic pattern at 5pm, the school zone line that changed last year, the flood map everyone forgets, the subdivision that floods with deer instead of water. That is what you are really paying for, and it is why the videos exist.
How working with me goes
One honest conversation at a time.
Budget, timeline, schools, commute, the dreams and the dealbreakers. The more honest the briefing, the sharper the search.
Current inventory, school zone nuances, flood maps, commute reality and seller motivation. The stuff listings do not tell you.
Filmed tours narrow the list before you book a flight, so your one weekend is spent confirming, not investigating.
Melissa's Take
You can hire a transaction. Or you can hire someone who has already filmed your new street, already priced your new neighbor, and already knows what you are actually worried about. That second one is the whole point of this team.
