Melissa is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is professional, knows her information on all aspects of selling houses or land and even if its something unknown or unexpected, she is makes sure to handle it with fierce attention but beautiful and balanced results. I highly recommend her to become your navigator of the sellers and buyers market on acquiring whatever type of property you are seeking because she will make sure to be straight upfront and honest about everything while also satisfying your needs. Smart, funny, honest and loyal......she has what others lost......the human touch.

From the moment we met Melissa, we knew she was the right Realtor for us. She was full of energy, incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and immediately made us feel confident in our decision. We had just lost a family member, and Melissa handled everything with so much compassion and understanding during a very difficult time. Because we were managing the sale from over 7 hours away, we needed someone we could truly trust—and Melissa went above and beyond in every way. She jumped in to help with anything we needed and made an overwhelming process feel manageable. Her referrals were outstanding, from handymen and painters to construction help, and she even guided us on where to donate clothing, household items, and furniture. Throughout the entire process, we always knew Melissa had our best interests at heart. She was honest, dependable, and consistently made us feel at ease no matter what came up. Her communication was exceptional from start to finish. Whether it was early morning, late at night, or even on a Sunday, Melissa was always available when we needed her. That level of dedication meant everything to us. We truly cannot thank Melissa enough for all of her help, guidance, and advice throughout this process. She made a difficult situation so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful to have had her by our side.

Working with Melissa was hands down one of the best decisions we made during our home journey. Going into this, I truly thought it was going to be impossible to find the “right” house for our family—but Melissa never let us feel stuck or discouraged. She showed up in every way—patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and always advocating for us. When it became clear that buying wasn't going to check all our boxes, she helped guide us through the decision to build instead, and that ended up being the perfect path. From start to finish, she made sure everything went smoothly, stayed on top of every detail, and kept us informed the entire time. We always felt supported and taken care of. If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and will go above and beyond to help you find (or create) the right home, Melissa is it. We couldn't recommend her more!

I wasn't sure about selecting this venue, but I did so out of curiosity and faith. And, to my surprise, I found a wonderful talented organization. My Realtor, Melissa Albert was absolutely superb. Being as I've brought, owned, and sold several homes, I have some experience with real estate. And, I must confess that my wife and I wholeheartedly decree that Melissa is the top 1% of her craft. She is professional, knowledgeable, down to earth; and Christian focus in delivering for her clients. She goes beyond the pale to ensure her customer are satisfied, and she does so while exhibiting a calm demeanor that invigorates into planned success.
